1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by NavJas Technologies ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

NavJas Technologies provides digital solutions including web development, ERP systems, AI analytics, automation, WhatsApp integration, mobile applications, and other technology services. The specific services provided to you will be outlined in separate agreements or proposals.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use our services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of our services
• Use our services to transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company or any employee or representative
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and source code, are owned by NavJas Technologies and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement, any deliverables created for clients remain the property of the client upon full payment. However, we retain the right to use generic components, frameworks, and methodologies in future projects.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms for services will be specified in individual project agreements. General terms include:

• Payment schedules will be outlined in project proposals
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• Failure to pay may result in suspension of services
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with advance notice

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

We strive to provide high-quality services, but we make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of our services. Our services are provided "as is" and "as available."

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any third-party services, content, or links that may be accessible through our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NavJas Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of information shared with us during the course of providing services. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide the services.

9. Support and Maintenance

Support and maintenance terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, we provide reasonable support during the project delivery phase. Post-delivery support and maintenance may be available under separate agreements.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our services and deliverables (unless ownership has been transferred). We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NavJas Technologies, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
